Whole Foods Market, House Of Rock Present $10K Check To The Grammy Foundation

Whole Foods Market and the House of Rock on Dec. 20 presented a check for $10,000 to The GRAMMY Foundation.

The two groups presented the donation to help the local nonprofit further its mission cultivating the understanding, appreciation, and advancement of recorded music across the United States.

The Santa Monica-based nonprofit offers a number of programs and activities that engage the music industry and cultural community, as well as the general public.

The donation was a result of the net proceeds raised by Whole Foods Market and the House of Rock's holiday benefit, "A Jazz Feté” on Nov. 9. The event included live jazz music, seasonal treats, and a silent auction.
