Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel welcomes the return of its highly-popular “Live From Loews: California Classics,” Executive Chef Keith Robert’s signature concert series this Friday, March 22.
The return of the 2013 spring/summer concert season will include a live performance from the Los Angeles-based Cara Lee Band.
Enjoyed poolside, fireside and barside, Live From Loews gives music and food enthusiasts the chance to enjoy classic rock favorites in a stylish setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean while savoring contemporary California coastal cuisine from Chef Roberts.
“Consider the food the main stage for the event,” Roberts said. “Sipping a signature cocktail while watching the sun set over the ocean to the sound of some classic rock ‘n’ roll is just the perfect opening act.”
General admission is $99 per person and includes beer, wine and signature cocktails (Palisades Punch and Surfs Up Sangria).
Admission also includes unlimited chef tastings of California classic dishes such as mango chipotle pulled pork sliders, freshly grilled fish tacos and the hotel’s famous Santa Monica Chili – a hearty dish made with shrimp, baja scallops, lump crab, roasted garlic and fava beans.
A limited amount of tickets are available through a special Travelzoo offer, for just $49 per person, through Thursday, March 21.Visit http://www.travelzoo.com/local-deals/Beach-Cities/Other/43650.
