Free Pier Run + Yoga

PierFit Active Lifestyle program presents a free run plus yoga class on Saturday mornings starting this Saturday, Feb. 23 through March 30.

You can join either class or both, in an inclusive no-judgment environment with some of Santa Monica’s best instructors.

The run will be held at 8 am; meet under the iconic pier sign at the top of the ramp at Colorado and Ocean for a morning warm-up with a brisk run around the beach and pier areas. There are two and five mile courses available. Walkers welcome too.

At 9 am, Yoga will be held; meet at the far west end of the pier, up the stairs to the gallery by Mariasol’s. Bring your mat and have your peace of mind restored by Santa Monica’s top instructors as you gaze over the Pacific blue. All levels encouraged.
