YWCA Santa Monica / Westside To Host Sunday Mandala Workshop Today

YWCA Santa Monica/Westside will today, Jan. 27 hold a public Mandala Workshop from 1-3 p.m. facilitated by Victoria Van Zandt, MA, MFT, AT.
In this two-hour workshop, learn the art of creating your personal, freestyle mandala using colored pencils, collage, and crayons.
Mandalas have been used throughout history and in many cultures as a vehicle to promote meditation, healing, self-awareness and to tap into the unconscious.
Art experience not required. Supplies will be provided.
The cost is $20 (includes refreshments and snacks).
