Authorities Identify Malibu Surfer Who Died In High Surf On Tuesday

A surfer who was found floating in the Pacific Ocean in Malibu and pronounced dead at a hospital was identified Thursday by the coroner's office as 54-year-old Silverio Rafanan Laconsay of Los Angeles.
