Santa Monica College's main campus at 1900 Pico Boulevard was locked down briefly Thursday morning while authorities investigated and arrested a student claiming to have a gun on campus, who is now believed to be behind making threats at other Los Angeles area schools.

Kelly Soo Park is on trial for the murder of 21-year-old murder of Juliana Redding in March 2008.

Bail Set At $50,000 For Woman Who Pushes Boyfriend Out Of Apartment

A Santa Monica woman aged 19 was charged with domestic violence on Friday, April 19 after pushing her boyfriend out of their apartment and injuring him in the process. At 11:35 am officers of the Santa Monica Police Department went to the 1000 block of Seventh Street after they had received a report of battery.

The emergency room was evacuated Monday morning at the Veterans Administration's West Los Angeles Medical Center.
