A man who fired shots into the air and barricaded himself overnight inside his West Los Angeles apartment surrendered to police.

The FBI is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual or group responsible for the residential theft, in 2008, of multiple works of art in the city of Encino, California. These works of art (plus three others not pictured) were recovered on Oct. 23, 2014.

Authorities said today they hope a $25,000 reward will help flush out additional suspects involved in the theft of a dozen paintings -- nine of which have since been recovered -- stolen six years ago in one of the largest art heists in Los Angeles history.
