Volunteers Needed to Teach Memory Training The UCLA Center on Aging seeks volunteer trainers to present its Memory Training course at local venues. Volunteers will complete 10 hours of training given by a geriatric psychologist. Memory Training is a five-week course that teaches practical techniques for enhancing memory ability. The course is designed for people with age-related memory problems, and is presented by two trained volunteers to groups of 15 to 25 participants. Car Wash – Youth volunteers will be washing cars from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the parking lot at the Santa Monica chapter of the American Red Cross, 1450 11th Street in Santa Monica.
