Stare Assemblywoman Fran Pavley, a longtime public school teacher, spoke about the propositions that will be on the ballot in next month’s Special Election and their negative impact on public education, at a gathering at the Democratic Westside Coalition headquarters in Santa Monica on Saturday.The Coalition will hold a rally opposing the propositions on Saturday.
