Hurricane Relief Fundraiser, in cooperation with the Santa Monica Pier Restoration Corporation, a raffle, food carts, beer garden, and more, admission is a $5 suggested donation. All proceeds go to the Habitat for Humanity, 12 noon to 9 p.m., Santa Monica Pier.

Monday, November 7

West Los Angeles Sierra Club will present a public slide program on November 8 at 7:00 pm in the Urupan Room at the Veteran’s Memorial Building at the juncture of Culver and Overland Boulevards.

Ed Lulofs will present a program about his trip to Auyuittuk National Park on Baffin Island. His seventy mile route took him through a land of spectacular beauty, jagged mountain peaks, deep valleys, steep-walled ocean fjords and eternal gracier ice. After his presentation, a raffle will be held for two of his fine prints from the trip. The meeting, including light refreshments, parking and the raffle are free.
