Special Election Results: Governor Loses:

With 61.4 percent of the state precincts reporting, but only 21.4 percent of largely Democratic L.A. county precincts reporting, at 11. 28 p.m. last night, it appeared that all of the propositions, including  those Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger wanted, were doomed.
