Well, you could join Gary Deckman from the “Biggest Loser,” Dean Karnazes from “The Ultramarathon Man,” and Curt Sandoval, ABC’s Channel 7 sports anchor triathlete, who are scheduled to kick-start 2006 on Sunday, January 1, 2006 at the new year’s Resolution Festival in Santa Monica.
The day-long festival is designed to help people keep their New Year’s resolutions, and will offer free workshops and lectures focusing on such subjects as health and diet, financial management and conflict resolutions.
