Take your cue from your elders this time around – or those that came before you. They have learned a thing or two in their despairing. The way they fix themselves after a fall. The way they tackle the unexpected, the way they explore the unknown and the way they ensure their own safety. Pay attention; it’s well-worn advice.
Some people want you to join their group but before you commit think hard about the long term. Do you know how it will all turn out in the end? If not, it may not be the best risk to take right now. You have a good sense of what the future holds and your good deeds are going to be appreciated.
There is much to be grateful for this year – but at the same time the really great things are coming in the new year. You have so much to look forward to – big changes, great rewards, long-awaited endings to lingering relationships, and career advancement. Things are looking up.
Don’t move backwards in times of strife; move forwards. Take what you’ve learned from your mistakes and run with them. Don’t forget that people are unpredictable and they will always surprise you, just when you think you have them figured out. You can’t imagine how much of a relief that is once you accept it.
The new additions to your household are making you very happy indeed. You can’t complain too much when so much good is in your life, too. You have to say goodbye to some and introduce yourself to others. The most important thing for you to do, however, is to not fall out of touch with others.
When an olive branch is offered, do your best to be good and take it for what it’s worth. You have to mend a broken friendship and that will take time. You have to own your own stuff, even if you feel like there wasn’t any stuff to begin with. And damaged people will suck you dry, don’t forget it.
It feels as though the universe is against you as you try to make your way through the world and meet one obstacle after another. But you slog through and make it to the other side. You will have to deal with many awful situations but at the same time, something really great is also happening.
You have to rely solely on your own moral backbone when it comes to getting yourself out of a situation. In the world, there really are good guys and bad guys and the older you get, the more you realize that your goodness, your word, is the only thing that really matters. How else do you know who you are?
We haven’t gotten ourselves out of our troublesome lives without some kind of truth baring. Take a cue from those you admire. Come clean about your inner truths, come clean about who you really are and what you want. It’s a nice time to restock your mental shelves for new ideas for the new year.
You are looking through life from behind a clear glass for the first time in many years. It isn’t easy seeing things as they are; we all hope for a way out. Unfortunately, those ways out only serve to make a person more dangerous and miserable. Do not choose the chicken’s way out.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel. When something makes you smile, take note of it and revisit it often. That is a smile of recognition. You will be contacted by an interested party who is eager to pick your brain and use your ideas as their own. Just make sure you always credit.
Just when you thought all doors were closed for you one has opened and it is, so far, better than you ever dreamed of. You should never give up. Leaps of faith are the key to both evolution of soul and expansion of heart. You may get hurt but how much worse could it be? You’re getting good at the recovery part.
