Toilet Rebate Program:

The City of Santa Monica is offering a High-Efficiency Toilet rebate program for their residential customers. The program is designed to conserve water by providing a rebate for installing High-Efficiency Toilets (HET) when replacing toilets with 1.6 gpf (gallons per flush) or more. The program, which ends December 31, 2006, will rebate $30 on a new construction project, $30 on a 1.6-gpf toilet retrofit or $165 on a 1.7 gpf or more retrofit.
