Chabad of Pacific Palisades is offering a new course called “You Be The Judge,” an innovative approach to studying the Talmud.
The six-week class will use real cases brought before the Beit Din, the court system of Jewish law. Students will learn Talmudic reasoning in an easy-to assimilate format. Law students taking the class will receive nine CLC credits.
The class costs $125, and started on November 8. Room is still available.
