Emilio Cardenas, 3, from Mexico, enjoyed the decorated fire truck, candy canes and firefighters hats that the Santa Monica Fire Department provided with their “Share of the Holidays” toy drive (a SMFD Local 1109 union-funded program) at the Third Street Promenade on Wednesday, December 20.
