We don’t generally list two What’s Hot picks from the same venue, but this time an exception was in order. For anyone who’s a fan of old school, east coast hip-hop, checking out KRS-One is a definite must. From his days with the legendary Boogie Down Productions (one of the most influential and purest hip-hop outfits of the ’80s) to his impassioned and provocative solo offerings, KRS-One (aka “The Teacher”) is an artist not to be missed.
