A group of international Au Pairs practiced yoga on the beach on Sunday, April 20, to raise money for the Santa Monica Mountain Nature Conservancy in honor of National Earth Day. Claire Turner, yoga teacher and LA Director of Au Pair, held the 3rd Annual Au Pair Beach Yoga event just north of Venice Pier. The Au Pairs get together once a month to socialize and this has become an April tradition. Au Pair Care is a Department of State-sponsored agency that assists families nationwide in finding in-home childcare and the opportunity for international cultural exchange. On Sunday, girls from Slovakia, Finland, South Africa, Germany, Brazil, and Estonia were present.
