An Earth Day event put on by Santa Monica women business retail owners and Sustainable Works took place in a retail complex and courtyard on Main Street near Ashland on Saturday, April 19. The celebration included music, prizes, and aimed to raise people’s environmental consciousness. Participating businesses were Bey’s Garden, Clever, Monkie, Harper Lane, and Tails of Santa Monica.
