Arthur Nakane, a familiar face at Third Street Promenade and the Santa Monica Mirror is famous for being a one-man-band. But last week thieves broke into his truck stealing his guitar, battery pack, amp, and other equipment leaving Nakane without major pieces of his performance. Word of this incident has spread resulting in people from all of Los Angeles offering to help with both money and instruments. Nakane’s daughter is offering a $500 reward for the stolen property 626.441.9787
