Santa Monica City Councilmember Bobby Shriver and his wife Malissa, who chairs the California Arts Council, welcomed a baby daughter, Rosemary, late Thursday evening, January 8. Rosemary joins the Shrivers’ daughter Natasha, 11, as the newest member of the family.
Those who have met the youngest Ms. Shriver report that she is as brilliant as her father and as beautiful and talented as her mother.
