Santa Monica Police Look for Sexual Assault Suspects:

Santa Monica Police are asking for the public’s assistance in looking for two suspects in terrible sexual assault incident.

On Oct 26, at 2:30 p.m., the suspects were seated in their car in the 2900 block of Ocean Park Boulevard, facing westbound. As the victim in this instance walked eastbound past this vehicle, one of the suspects exited the vehicle, approached the victim, placed handcuffs on her, and forced her into the backseat of the vehicle. Once inside, the victim was blindfolded and sexually assaulted while being driven around the area.

In an attempt purchase her release, the victim offered money to her assailants. The suspects drove the Best Buy parking lot on Pico Boulevard and Sawtelle Boulevard, took the money, released the victim, and then drove away.

The first suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 40 to 45 years old, 5’5” with a heavy build, short dark hair, bearded, and wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. The second suspect is described as a Male Hispanic, 40 to 50 years old, 5’8” with a heavy build, bald with hair on the sides, bearded, wearing a white t-shirt and a gold watch. The suspects were driving an older model box shaped four-door sedan with tinted windows.
