While the Lady Vikings dispatched Mayfair on Monday 66-47 to win their first game of the season on Monday at a tournament at Inglewood High School, the Santa Monica High boys basketball team lost by three points to Compton Centennial 56-59 at the Pacific Shores Tournament.
Both Vikings played teams from Long Beach Jordan on Tuesday but results weren’t immediately available.
