Star Gazing:

RAVEN NIGHTWOOD, MIRROR ASTROLOGER

ARIES

There’s still time this summer for you to enjoy a trip to the wilds or at least a short time spent outdoors. You have been working hard so now you are entitled to have some fun in the sun. Just remember to use suntan lotion and stay cool with a nice icy drink or two.

TAURUS

Brilliant ideas are crossing your mind. Try to catch one and run with it. Share a daring concept with someone who can help you realize it. This is your time to move forward, especially in your career goals.

GEMINI

Socialize as much as you can. It’s a good time to make new connections. Interesting people are going to pop up in your life. Even a Facebook post might yield an important contact for you.

CANCER

Life this week will feel a puzzle you can’t solve, like one of those Sudoku puzzles where you thought you had the rows correct and then you find that they don’t add up. But the puzzle of your life will work itself out-probably by next week.

LEO

One individual is going to oppose you this week and there’s no way to get around it. The best thing to do is to stay calm and avoid arguments. Look for a way around the obstacles and seek the company of those who support you.

VIRGO

Although it is hard to do, you must yield some power this week to whatever forces are at work. Patience is the name of the game. Conflicts will pass in time. It’s a good time to meditate, take deep breaths and immerse yourself in nature.

LIBRA

You will be the unintentional savior for people you know. If there is a conflict between two friends, you will be there to smooth things out just by being there. You won’t have to use diplomacy; it will just happen. Don’t push it.

SCORPIO

The person closest to you seems very quiet right now. Be careful not to force this person into a discussion they’re not ready for. Remember that Depeche Mode song “Enjoy the Silence?” Sometimes, quiescence speaks louder than words.

SAGITTARIUS

Your partner may have some news for you. Don’t get worried; it’s not bad news but it’s something you might have to be ready for when you hear it. Can you take the changes that happen in life, even when they’re fun changes?

CAPRICORN

Imagination is funny but imagination can run toward things that might have an unfunny consequence. All will be revealed to you in time so don’t jump to a hasty conclusion about something you have incomplete information about.

AQUARIUS

You might be feeling like a stranger in a strange land because you can’t keep up with the changes around you. But just as Gulliver was useful to the Lilliputians, you might find yourself able to trade off skills with those whose methods are beyond your current level.

PISCES

Not sure where to go or what to do? It’s easy to find places to go by looking in your local newspaper but if you’re looking for places to go in your life, it’s time to seek new answers-talk to friends or try counseling or a job search workshop.
