Franklin Elementary is having its annual Halloween Carnival today, Oct. 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All proceeds will go back to the school. It will feature rides, games, prizes, food, petting zoo, a spooky haunted house, book fair, and more.
The school is located at 2400 Montana Avenue in Santa Monica.
