Dear Editor,
Santa Monica has a municipal ordinance requiring dog owners to carry a visible bag in order to pick up their dog poop, but not all dog owners do so.
I am getting fed up with picking up dog poop in our front yard and also our back alley planter where we grow food which we eat.
Cannot we get some public support to require dog owners to pick up their dog poop?
