Time is running out to purchase tickets to the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce’s 88th Annual Leadership Board Installation Dinner at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows.
It will be held this Wednesday, June 12 at 5:30 pm in the hotel’s Starlight Ballroom.
This popular and favorite yearly gathering of more than 500 business stakeholders, community and civic leaders begins with a lovely reception under the historic Fig Tree in the hotel’s Front Walk.
While enjoying this unique setting, attendees have an opportunity to bid on select items from local businesses and purchase a chance to win a grand prize giveaway.
Then the party moves into the Starlight Ballroom for a elegant four course dinner made with farm fresh local ingredients created by renowned Chef Ray Garcia of Fig.
“For 88 years the members of Santa Monica Chamber have come together to celebrate the strength of the business community in Santa Monica and to thank our volunteer chair and his board for their dedication in driving the mission of the Chamber forward. This year is no exception,” said Chamber President Laurel Rosen. “We get to say thank you to Chair Ellis O’Connor of MSD Capital and his wonderful board for their support and efforts this year, and welcome new chair, Brad Cox of Trammell Crow and wish him the very best in the coming year.”
Also honored are our exemplary business leaders, including Nat Trives of New Visions Foundation who will receive the Roy Naylor Award.
This year the Bob Gabriel Award goes to Southern California Edison and National Bank of California.
The event’s lead sponsors are The Fairmont Hotels and Bungalows, Trammell Crow Company, and The Water Garden.
Tickets are $200. For more information, visit www.smchamber.com/installationdinner or call 310.393.9825.
