Free Support Center At Virginia Avenue Park Following Santa Monica Shootings:

The City of Santa Monica has set up a Community & Connections Support Center at Virginia Avenue Park for anyone finding it difficult to cope with the shootings.

The services are free, open to anyone on a drop-in basis, and offered in English and Spanish inside the park’s Community Connections & Support Center.

This temporary resource will be open through the end of June.

Community members are encouraged to stop by for coffee and an informal chat, a brief counseling session, or referral to longer-term help.

It will be open Monday through Fridays from 10 am to 8 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

Virginia Avenue Park is located at 2200 Virginia Avenue, Santa Monica.
