Santa Monica’s Morgan-Wixson Theatre this weekend opens performances of “Le PeTiT CiRqUe” – the world’s only all-kid pro cirque company (ages 6-14). Based in Culver City, they have performed all over the United States and the world.
Performances will be held in Santa Monica on Saturdays and Sundays at 10 am through Oct. 20.
Consistently booked, drawing large crowds, selling out shows, and wowing audiences, the troupe makes the impossible seem possible, all in a pint-sized version of Cirque du Soleil, yet with a distinct colorful and inspiring “look” to the troupe.
Guest Stars include Kaelyn Whaley (16-time Karate World champion, Team USA five-time gold medalist), Maggie Thomkins (Young Fiona singer on the national Broadway tour of “Shrek”), Cheetah Platt (Cirque Du Soleil, America’s Got Talent finalist), and two wheelchair performers Breanna Pflaumer and the UK’s Penny Clapcott.
Adult tickets are $25, children 12 and under are $15. The theatre is located at 2627 Pico Boulevard, Santa Monica.
