Santa Monica Candy Cane Drive Returns This Saturday:

The SMPD/SMFD Candy Cane Drive will take place this Saturday

Santa and his Santa Monica public safety helpers will be distributing good cheer and thousands of candy canes as part of the 21st annual “Candy Cane Drive” this Saturday, Dec. 7.

Santa Monica children are encouraged to look and listen for the lights and sirens of the Santa Monica Police and Fire Department public safety vehicles, while parents are encouraged to bring their cameras.

Everyone is invited to join in the annual Candy Cane Drive.

Santa’s scheduled stops are as follows:

— 10:30-11:00 am Douglas Park: California Avenue & 25th Street

— 11:15-11:45 am Christine Reed Park: California Avenue & Lincoln Boulevard

— 12:00-12:30 pm: Third Street Promenade & Wilshire Boulevard

— 1:45-2:15 pm Virginia Avenue Park: 2200 Virginia Avenue

— 2:30-3:00 pm Marine Park: Marine Street & 17th Street

— 3:15-3:45 pm Clover Park: Ocean Park Boulevard & 25th Street
