The Los Angeles Police Department set up a perimeter at about 1:30 pm in Century City as they searched for burglary suspects near the area of Santa Monica Boulevard and Beverly Glen.
According to an officer with the LAPD’s headquarters in downtown Los Angeles, one female suspect has been arrested. Police officers set up a perimeter at Santa Monica Boulevard and Beverly Glen to search for three other suspects.
At 12:25 pm an off-duty Sheriff’s deputy observed the four alleged suspects jumping a wall from a house on the 20100 block of Clark Street in Woodland Hills, according to the LAPD.
The alleged suspects then reportedly escaped in a vehicle and eventually took the 405 Freeway southbound toward the Westside, where they exited the freeway at Wilshire Boulevard and traveling east.
Shortly after exiting, the alleged suspects reportedly pulled over and escaped from the vehicle near Century City.
The perimeter at Santa Monica Boulevard and Beverly Glen was still active as of 4 pm as police officers search for three male suspects.
