Want a home away from home experience while visiting Bear Big for a weekend? Consider looking into Big Bear Resort Town Rentals.
Here, choose from 25 private vacation homes that are privately owned located by Big Bear Lake, the slopes, and in the forest, but rented out through the management company.
Big Bear Resort Town Rentals owner Dionne Olsen said most of the homes and cabins ranged from one bedroom to five bedrooms, but added there was even a nine bedroom home to rent.
“We provide guests with everything they need including linens and towels,” Olsen said. “We can help make reservations for them at restaurants or local activities. All they need to do is bring their own food and everything is warm and ready to go when they arrived.”
The Mirror was recently hosted at “Big B’s Den” that’s priced from $165 per night that offers plenty of room, with vaulted ceilings through-out the cabin, a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD player, attached dining area with a dining table to seat six guests, bright and open kitchen that offers a marble bar-top counter, new cooking utensils, appliances, and a dishwasher.
Both bedrooms offered a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a sliding door to back balcony. The first bedroom had a full size bed and private bathroom while the second bedroom had a queen size bed.
Other amenities included a separate laundry room with washer/dryer, parking for two cars (and a boat if you are visiting the lake in summer), free wireless internet, Cable TV with DVD player, portable stereo with CD player, and a Charcoal BBQ.
