The Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce will hold its 89th Annual Installation Dinner at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows on Wednesday, June 11 at 5:30 pm.
This popular and favorite yearly gathering of 500 business stakeholders, community, and civic leaders begins with a lovely reception under the historic Fig Tree in the hotel’s Front Walk.
While enjoying this unique setting, attendees have an opportunity to bid on select items from local businesses and purchase a chance to win exceptional raffle prizes. The party then moves into the Starlight Ballroom for a four course dinner made with farm fresh local ingredients created by renowned Chef Ray Garcia of Fig.
Chamber President Laurel Rosen said she was excited for the event.
“For 89 years the members of Santa Monica Chamber have come together to celebrate the strength of the business community in Santa Monica and to thank our volunteer chair and his board for their dedication in driving the mission of the Chamber forward,” Rosen said. “This year is no exception. We get to say thank you to Chair Brad Cox of Trammell Crow and his wonderful board for their support and efforts this year and welcome new chair, Julia Ladd of Santa Monica Place/Macerich and wish her the very best in the coming year.”
Also honored are our exemplary business leaders, including the Roy Naylor Award winner Jeff Jarow of Par Commercial and the Bob Gabriel Award winners Morley Builders and Wells Fargo Advisors.
The event’s lead sponsors are Santa Monica Place and Hines.
