July 4 Crash Shuts Down Pacific Coast Highway In Malibu:

A crash shut down both both eastbound lanes of Pacific Coast Highway at Topanga Canyon Boulevard on Friday, according to the City of Malibu Emergency Services.

The crash, a two-car collision, was reported at about 4:15 p.m., according to Sgt. Shawn Ruda of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Malibu/Lost Hills Station.

An emergency services message warned motorists to expect major delays leaving Malibu.
