A patrol car and another vehicle collided late this Tuesday afternoon at a West Los Angeles intersection, and a police officer complaining of shoulder pain was taken to a hospital to be checked out.

The collision occurred at Bundy Drive and Santa Monica Boulevard at 4:21 p.m., said Officer Sally Madera of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section.

The other officer was unhurt, and there were no injuries in the other vehicle, Madera said.
