A man was injured in a vehicle-versus-pedestrian crash in Malibu, authorities said. The crash happened about 6:20 p.m. Sunday on the eastbound side of PCH at Big Rock Drive, said Lt. Michael Williams of the sheriff’s Malibu-Lost Hills Station.
The victim was taken to a hospital, but his condition was not available, Williams said.
Both eastbound lanes of PCH were closed and eastbound traffic were diverted through a westbound lane until about 10:25 p.m., according to the sheriff’s department.
The driver of the vehicle that struck the victim stopped at the scene and was not cited or arrested, Williams said. The incident remained under investigation.
