The Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce is launching its inaugural Tech Startup Award at its 2015 State of the City breakfast on Jan. 20, 2015 at the SGI Auditorium, in downtown Santa Monica.
This award will honor one Santa Monica-based technology company that is innovative, inspiring, and has a viable plan for growth. All tech startups in the city are welcome to apply.
This is a great opportunity for the winner and finalists (three in total) to gain exposure to more than 500 business and civic leaders as well as potential investors and clients.
The winner will receive valuable mentoring services from General Assembly and Pay it Forward Labs & Expert DOJO and other Chamber members.
Nominations are due Dec. 19, 2014. The only requirements are that the company be based in Santa Monica and that a representative be able to attend the event on Jan. 20. Companies are welcome to self-nominate.
