Dr. Reich provided analysis for the Los Angeles ordinance, and will facilitate the discussion and answer questions. Everyone in the local business community and local residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The sessions will be held Wednesday, Aug. 12 from 9 am to 11 am and Tuesday, Aug. 18 from 2 pm to 4 pm,

Both will be held at Santa Monica Main Library, 601 Santa Monica Blvd., Multi-Purpose Room (2nd floor).
