Wilshire Boulevard Temple Cantor Seth Ettinger To Sing At Kings’ Jewish Pride Night:

Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles is home to the Lakers

The Los Angeles Kings will hold Jewish Pride Night at Sunday night’s game against the Colorado Avalanche at Staples Center, offering a discounted ticket package that includes a commemorative Kings yarmulke.

Cantor Seth Ettinger of Wilshire Boulevard Temple will sing the national anthem.

An extremely limited amount of tickets remained available as of Friday afternoon, a team official told City News Service. They can be purchased at lakings.com/Jewish. The deadline is 4 p.m. Sunday.

Ettinger said it was “awesome” that the Kings annually hold Jewish Pride Night.

“Coming from my childhood when you were in the minority and you were beaten up if you were Jewish to my favorite sports team encouraging us to be proud is amazing,” said Ettinger, a 31-year-old raised in Palm Springs.
