F45 Brings Australian Fitness to Venice:

By Sam Skopp

Earlier this year, F45 Training, a well-established fitness franchise in Australia, opened its flagship United States location in Venice on Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Over 400 different F45 locations have opened worldwide since its launch less than two years ago, and business is booming for the Venice newcomers!

“Venice is where the fitness movement started back in the 50s. F45 Training is now taking fitness to the next level giving all age groups and fitness levels the opportunity to train with cutting edge technology, the intensity necessary to achieve top results, and with the safety to remain injury free. Venice is the perfect place to start the F45 movement,” said CEO and Co-founder Larry Block.

F45 training incorporates an encyclopedia of over 1500 cutting edge movements which are centered on the idea of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT.) Personal trainers coach participants as the movements are shown on TV screens with high spirited music playing in the background.  They even have a live DJ on Saturday’s making training sessions unique and fun. Monday Wednesday and Fridays are cardio based days.  Tuesday and Thursday are strength training based days.  Saturday is a branded one hour DJ thumping “Hollywood Workout” offering a combination of both cardio and strength training. Come ready to sweat and for the workout of a lifetime.

“There is no other company in LA bringing injury free intensity to the masses like F45 is. People are busy. They want to get in and out. They want results but don’t know how to keep their workouts fresh, innovative, and productive. With over 1500 fitness movements in our database and no two training sessions ever the same, F45 offers the highest level of muscle confusion, results, and let’s face it, fun! Because F45 is interactive and team based, F45 has an amazing community of fun like-minded people that big box gyms just can’t compete with. There are many stories of new friendships and people falling in love. It’s just an awesome place to be part of something special and be around great people!” said Block.

F45’s Venice gym was designed to match the laid back beach feel that’s essential to many of the established businesses on Abbot Kinney.

“We are also one of the only fitness studios with adequate parking in the area, spaces to lock your bike, and a yummy cafe next door to grab a coffee or bite to eat with friends before or after your training session,” said Block.

For a limited time, F45 is offering
Free Two Weeks of training sessions
for local residents. For more information about F45 Training Venice, visit f45training.com/venice.
