Finding New Homes for Lonely Hearts: Clear the Shelters Adoption Campaign Sees Perfect Matches Made

Clear the Shelter Campaign in Santa Monica

The Santa Monica Animal Shelter joined the nationwide third annual pet adoption event “Clear the Shelters” on Saturday. $20 adoptions were offered on all pets.

Clear the Shelters raises awareness about the benefits of pet adoption and aims to reduce the animal overpopulation at local shelters, according to the organisers.

As part of the event, VCA – Santa Monica Animal Hospital was onsite offering pet advice from expert veterinarians and their healthcare teams, and all pets adopted during the event received a limited health guarantee and a gift bag filled with pet essentials.
