Westside Beat: Tree Lighting at 3rd Street Promenade​

Santa Monica, California officially kicked-off the Holiday season with its annual tree lighting ceremony, which was hosted at the Santa Monica 3rd Street Promenade. Chella is on the scene with a first-hand look at the festivities, including an art installation by Dabs Myla.
