Counting Those Less Fortunate

Santa Monica City’s Homeless Count Jan. 24, saw 250 volunteers fill St. Monica’s grounds before hitting the streets. The count is mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for all communities that receive federal funds for homelessness programs.
