Santa Monica Historical Property Hits Market at $7.995 Million

Ron Wynn, Steve Sawaii and Fiora Aston, affiliate agents with the Santa Monica Montana office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, have listed an historic Santa Monica property for $7,995,000. Located at 435 Georgina in Santa Monica, Calif., the five-bedroom, four-bathroom, one-partial-bathroom and approximately 3,701-square-foot home with an approximately 22,193-square-foot lot is a historical property built in 1913 in the city of Santa Monica.

“This is a unique opportunity to own and personalize one of the few remaining historic estate properties in Santa Monica,” said Sawaii. “Located on one of the most prestigious streets in Santa Monica, this home presents a timeless unspoiled classic design that allows for expansion without destroying its once intended character and charm.”

The residence was built in 1913 for A.W. Morgan, a bookkeeper, as one of the pioneering homes of the Palisades Tract and one of the earliest homes on that street. Designed in the craftsman style, it reflects English arts and crafts rather than the typical California craftsman.
