Monday crash results in injuries

A car crash on Pico Boulevard in Santa Monica has resulted in injuries, Santa Monica police and fire officials say.

Accoridng to the Santa Monica Police Department (SMPD), a traffic collision with injuries was reported today at 2:17 p.m. at 4th Street and Pico Boulevard. The Santa Monica Fire Department (SMPD) responded to the scene as well. ‘

The SMPD is advising the public to avoid the area and to expect an impact on traffic in the area.
