As reported by What Now Los Angeles, HQ Gastropub+ is eyeing the space that used to home to longtime Italian restaurant Trastevere at 1360 3rd Street Promenade #1310. The eatery currently has locations in Huntington Beach and Woodland Hills. According to its website, the restaurant offers “proprietary recipes of Global cuisine combined with entertainment benefits.”

The restaurant describes itself as “prohibition-era of drink parlor” meets cutting age audio/video technology with various musical attributes and fashionable lounge-style type seating.

The menu has a variety of food including burgers, wings, chicken pot pie, sushi, appetizers, along with beer, wine and spirits.

According to Managing Director Mark Matters the Santa Monica location will likely see the construction of a new multi-million dollar project. Matters says restaurant-goers can expect a four floor building. The basement will be for private functions, the ground floor a restaurant, a mezzanine contain a Graceland Speakeasy while the top floor will boast a rooftop bar.

If all goes according to plan, the restaurant’s management hopes to open by the end of the year.
