Brazilian Steakhouse Launches Elevated Holiday Menu Featuring Indulgent Dishes and All-Day Service on Major Winter Holidays

Fogo de Chão is expanding its seasonal offerings as the holiday dining rush begins, introducing an upgraded churrasco experience and a range of new dishes across all U.S. locations, including Puerto Rico. The full holiday lineup officially launched on Tuesday, November 25.

At the center of the rollout is the Indulgent Churrasco Experience, a heightened version of the restaurant’s signature service. Guests receive continuous tableside carving of premium fire-roasted meats along with their choice of one elevated enhancement—Butter-Bathed™ lobster tail, jumbo lump crab cake, roasted bone marrow, or black truffle butter. Dessert selections include chocolate brigadeiro or cheesecake brûlée.

The holiday menu also adds new shareable and premium items, including:

Shareable Sides
• Lobster Mac & Cheese with Butter-Bathed™ lobster, rich cheese sauce, and Panko topping

Premium Cut Enhancements
• Whole branzino, carved tableside
• 30-oz. Wagyu porterhouse, aged 21 days
• 20-oz. Wagyu strip
• 24-oz. Wagyu ribeye
• 36-oz. dry-aged tomahawk aged 42 days

Seafood Appetizers
• Chilled lobster and shrimp platter

For diners hoping to skip holiday cooking, Fogo de Chão will also serve a limited-time Best of Brazil menu priced at $54 per person. The menu features guest favorites like picanha and fraldinha, seasonal Market Table selections, and traditional Brazilian sides, all carved and served tableside by the restaurant’s gaucho chefs.

Fogo de Chão will be open all day for lunch and dinner on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, offering dine-in guests a holiday alternative without at-home preparation.
