The first protest at René Redzepi’s Noma pop-up at the Paramour Estate (Video)

The protest was organized by Jason Ignacio White and One Fair Wage after the owner and chef of Noma, René Redzepi, was accused of physical violence by 35 former employees of his restaurant in a New York Times article. Shortly after the protest ended, Redzepi issued a statement saying he was stepping away from Noma.
