16-Unit Apartment Building Proposed for Flower Avenue

A hearing before the Los Angeles Department of City Planning is scheduled for June 1.

A 16-unit residential development has been proposed for 748 Flower Ave. in Venice, according to documents filed with the city.

The project would include 25,081 square feet of floor area on the site, achieving a floor area ratio of 2.53:1. Plans call for a maximum building height of 36 feet and 19 parking spaces.

The development is currently under review by the city. A hearing before the Los Angeles Department of City Planning is scheduled for June 1.

The proposal will be discussed by the Venice Neighborhood Council’s Land Use and Planning Committee during its meeting on Thursday eve, May 7th, 6 pm, on zoom.

The property is located between 7th Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard in a residential area of Venice.

No additional details about the design or developer were immediately available in planning records.
