Google’s co-founder and his ex-wife, Nicole Shanahan, acquired the 1.2-acre compound for $13.5 million in 2020. Current property records indicate a Nevada-based LLC holds the estate managed through Shanahan’s family office, signaling she retained the asset after the couple’s 2023 divorce. Shanahan, who recently gained national attention as Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s vice-presidential running mate, is offering the residence for $125,000 per month for long-term tenants or the higher premium for those seeking a June through September retreat.
The home previously served as the primary residence for pop star P!nk and has recently undergone a comprehensive renovation emphasizing “quiet luxury” and environmental wellness. Designers utilized a palette of Spanish white oak flooring, Botticino marble, and fine aggregate terrazzo to finish the five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom layout.
